Email Sharing and CRM Integrations for Agents
Email reports to multiple buyers at once and keep your CRM in sync automatically
Close Enough integrates with the tools your team already uses. Email reports to multiple buyers at once, keep a shared spreadsheet of every report across the team, or have report activity flow into your CRM automatically.
All integrations cover Victorian properties only -- the same coverage as the reports themselves. Data quality is highest within Greater Melbourne; regional Victorian addresses are supported with adjusted search radii.
Email sharing
You can enter multiple email addresses in the share modal -- separate them with commas -- and send a branded report to up to 10 recipients at once. Each recipient gets their own copy with your branding and a link to the web version.
If you have an agent profile, a CC me checkbox appears so you get a copy of every email you send. This is useful for keeping your own records or forwarding to your CRM inbox.
After sending, the modal shows a Send to another button so you can fire off additional emails without reopening the dialog. The share modal also shows your send history for that report: who you sent it to and when. Click Re-send next to any previous recipient to prefill their address.
Connecting to your CRM
Close Enough can notify your CRM or other tools whenever something happens -- a report is generated, shared, or emailed. This keeps everything in sync without any manual work.
Practical examples agents set up: - When a report is generated, add a row to a Google Sheet tracking reports across the team - When a report is emailed to a buyer, log a note on their contact record in Rex or Agentbox - When a report is shared, post a notification to a team Slack channel
These integrations work through webhooks and Zapier. You set them up once and they run in the background.
Zapier integration
Close Enough has a native Zapier integration that is currently in beta. It includes pre-built connections to hundreds of apps without any coding. Contact us at support@closeenough.com.au for early access.
In the meantime, you can connect via the generic Webhooks by Zapier trigger right now -- no beta access needed. The webhook configuration panel in your dashboard has a step-by-step guide.
API keys
To connect to Zapier or any external tool, your organisation needs an API key. Keys are created per-organisation by an admin. Each key is scoped to your organisation's data only.
Keys can be revoked at any time if compromised. Each organisation can have up to 5 active keys, which is useful if you want separate keys for different integrations.
For developers and IT administrators, full technical documentation is available on the API docs page.
