Reports now include an AI-generated summary section. Rather than replacing the detailed data, the summary helps you quickly understand the key takeaways from your report in plain language.
The AI reads through the transport options, school catchments, environmental data, and amenities for your address, then highlights what stands out - both positive and things to be aware of. It's particularly useful when you're comparing multiple reports and want to quickly recall what made each location distinctive.
A note on our approach to AI: we're only adding AI features where they genuinely help. Close Enough is built on factual data from official sources, and that remains the core of every report. The AI summary is a convenience layer on top, not a replacement for the data. We won't be adding AI for the sake of it, and you'll always have access to the underlying facts and sources.
