Is the data objective?
Yes. We pull from official government sources and present facts with attribution. Agents cannot influence report content.
Can I customise the branding?
Your organisation's name and colours appear on every report. Set it up once and it applies to all reports across your team.
Can I choose which sections to show?
Yes. You configure which of the 19 sections appear in your reports. The report simply omits that topic — it never claims data doesn't exist.
What format are reports in?
Professional PDF, plus a shareable web link. Both work on mobile.
What if I change my branding?
Updated branding applies automatically. Any report you regenerate or share will use your latest details.
Can I generate reports for any Victorian address?
Yes. All of Victoria including regional areas. Regional addresses get adjusted search radii and V/Line station data.
What about CoreLogic / RP Data?
Different product. CoreLogic focuses on property valuations and sales history. Close Enough focuses on liveability: transport, schools, amenities, environment. They're complementary, not competing.
