Close Enough now offers branded liveability reports built for real estate agents. The tool pulls independent data from official government and public sources -- transport, schools, amenities, planning overlays, environment, crime statistics -- and presents it under your agency branding. The data stays objective; your name is on the cover.
Each report covers 50+ data points across 19 configurable sections. Categories include public transport and commute times, nearby schools with enrolment data, local amenities and retail, planning overlays and zoning, environmental factors like tree canopy and flood risk, and crime statistics by offence type. All sourced from ABS, PTV, VCAA, Victorian planning data, and other official datasets.
Branding is applied across the entire report. Your organisation name, brand colour, logo, photo, and contact details appear in both the PDF and the shareable web version. A "Prepared by" attribution sits on every report. The independent data disclosure is included automatically so buyers can see the information was not curated by the agent.
You control which of the 19 report sections appear. If a section is not relevant to a listing or your workflow, toggle it off. The report omits that topic cleanly -- it never claims the data does not exist, it simply does not show it.
Reports can be shared in two ways. Email a branded PDF directly to a buyer or vendor, or copy a shareable web link. Web links expire after 30 days. Both the PDF and web versions carry your branding and the data disclosure.
Bulk generation handles volume. Upload a CSV with up to 50 addresses and reports generate in the background. Each completed report gets an auto-generated share link. This is designed for agents managing multiple listings or preparing for a portfolio review.
Team management lets you create an organisation and invite members by email. Everyone in the organisation shares the same branding settings, so reports are consistent across the team. Admins control billing, usage limits, and member access.
The usage dashboard tracks monthly report generation with a per-member breakdown. You can see how many reports each team member has generated, manage existing reports, and monitor usage against your plan limits.
For CRM integration, webhooks deliver signed notifications when reports are generated or shared. Events include report.generated and report.shared. Payloads are HMAC-signed so your system can verify authenticity. Configure webhook endpoints in your organisation settings.
Pricing starts with a free trial: 30 days and 10 reports, no credit card required. After the trial, Starter ($29/mo, 15 reports) and Professional ($69/mo, 50 reports) plans are available. Enterprise pricing is custom. Webhooks are available on Professional and Enterprise plans.
