Close Enough now includes comprehensive cycling infrastructure data for every address in Victoria. Whether you commute by bike, enjoy recreational rides, or are just bike-curious, you can now see exactly what cycling options are available near any address.
The free lookup shows your nearest bike path, infrastructure rating (from limited to excellent), and the closest named trails with distances. For addresses in metro Melbourne, we estimate how long it would take to cycle to the CBD.
Reports include a full Cycling Infrastructure section with a breakdown of infrastructure types nearby (cycleways, bike lanes, shared paths), a table of all nearby trails showing their total length, plus estimated walk and bike times to each trail access point.
Data comes from OpenStreetMap, which has excellent coverage of Victoria's bike infrastructure including major trails like the Capital City Trail, Main Yarra Trail, and Merri Creek Trail.
