How to Read the Report Overview
At-a-glance signals and the quick stats page
The overview page is designed to answer one question fast: what should I look at next? It highlights the strongest signals from the report and flags the areas most likely to shape your day-to-day.
If your report includes an AI summary, treat it as a guide to the data, not a replacement for it. The underlying tables, maps, and sources are the core of the report, and the summary is just a quick way to orient yourself.
Quick Stats is the other anchor. It is a small set of numbers and labels that make comparison easier across addresses. Think of it as a shortlist, not a verdict. If a stat surprises you, the detailed sections show the evidence behind it.
We built this structure to reduce scanning time while keeping the details close at hand. It is meant to help you move from a gut feel to a clearer, more grounded decision.
If you want to see how the overview works in practice, start with the sample report.
